This blog is about my laundry detergents collection. It's a hobby I started about 27 years ago. The collection includes products of different forms and types from all around the World.
Hi Ingemar great collection! I'm a detergent collector too (and addicted to the Automaticwasher forum). I haven't been able to buy any French detergents... I've been looking for online shops, but none seem to exist. What about the Slovenian brand 'Luna'? How does it perform? Best Andrea (rudin1969)
I'm so glad to hearing from you. Thank you very much for the compliments, I'm happy you like my collection :) I'm also a member of the Automaticwasher forum. If you like I can give you an adress of a lady in Belgium who sells detergents via E-bay, but I don't know if she sells it also overseas. But you can ask her. I was a big fan of the entire LUNA range of products, but now I don't know why I can't find them anymore. Maybe they are discontinued. The only product I can still find in some store is the Color detergent which in fact was my favorite, because it had a lot of fosfate still in it and a great light scent. It was also a good detergent indeed and it rinsed out very well in my water conditions. Which detergent do you have? Do you have some pictures of your collection?
Hi Ingemar thanks for your message. I'd be grateful if you could let me have the Belgian lady's address - it's worth a try. I forgot to mention I'm from Italy (Milano) - your collection of Italian detergent is amazing! I'm afraid I don't have photos of my collection - it's still growing.... Are you familiar with the American brands Caldrea and Mrs Meyer's? Both 'eco-friendly', but very effective and pleasant scents. The former is the upmarket version. I've had a peek at the Luna website. Very interesting, and great artwork and ads. I'll drop them a line and see if they're willing to take an order from a private customer and ship it to Italy (I doubt it, but you never know..).
Sorry Andrea now I have seen on Automaticwasher that you are from Italy and no from overseas :) Sorry! No, sorry I don't have any of those detergents. I've already heard about them but haven't tried it. Yes I also like the way LUNA advertise itself :) But I am afraid that you will not receive any answer at the moment because something is going on with the Company. If you like I can send you something in Milano, but please send me a message on my e-mail adress. I will also tell you more about the Belgian lady. Se vuoi possiamo parlare anche in italiano, non ce problema lo parlo molto bene, come preferisci :)
